Contestants are responsible for mailing entry forms, with a check for the total fee that includes cart and lunch.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED MORE THAN FOUR WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EVENT.
If the tournament field must be limited for any reason, entries will be accepted in the order they are received by postmark.
Early postmarks are not acceptable.
Entries must include player indexes. |
