TOURNAMENT GUIDE FOR PLAYERS

The WGAWNY Representative from the host club is the tournament chairman of the event.

Contestants are responsible for submitting entries on Golf Genius (GG) before the published deadline for the total fee that includes cart and meals.

NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED BEFORE THE OPENING DATE. AS A REMINDER, SIGN UP AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE SIGN-UP DEADLINE! LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Pairings and tee times shall be posted on GG  approximately two days before an event, and as made available by each host pro shop. Entry fees are non-refundable once the entry deadline has passed.

Pairings, as published, are the responsibility of the Club Rep and her Club Pro. Any changes may be made by the Committee only. No one can request special pairing requests. The pairings are made strictly by handicap except that we try to mix Buffalo and Rochester players in each group. Players who change their pairings without permission shall be disqualified. Players who sign up late (due to special circumstances) may be placed in the field as determined by the Club Pro.

If the tournament field must be limited for any reason, entries will be accepted in the order they are received on GG.

The WGAWNY does not allow caddies, coaches, parents or spectators at events.

Review the Player Code of Conduct Policy for all WGAWNY Competitions

Note: The competition is final when the winners have been announced, or, in the absence
of a prize ceremony, when
ALL scores have been posted and approved by the Committee.
