Dues Notice 2011—Returning Members from 2010

The dues notice was emailed to eligible returning members in January. Print this page and return it with your $40 dues check. Checks should be made out to WGAWNY and mailed to Beth McDermott, 160 Whitewood Lane, Rochester, NY 14618. Dues are due by March 1, 2011. If we do not have your dues by April 1, 2011 you will be dropped from our membership roster.

Proposed members will be contacted for dues as spaces open up. Please do not send dues if you have been proposed for 2011. Your check will be returned.

You must be a golfing member of your club for 2011 to be eligible to join. If you are on a leave you are not eligible.

I was a member and paid dues in 2010. Do not send a check if you cannot check this box.
